Since December 2019 I have been unable to access my Amazon seller’s account and consequently cannot even reply to customers who have ordered a copy of my book letting them know the problem. I have made repeated attempts to work with Amazon to resolve this issue, but Amazon is apparently one of those companies who do not want to speak with their customers. I have written several letter to their “customer service” department, without avail, and have spoken to Amazon reps in the Philippines and India who assure me that someone will contact me about the problem which never happens.
If you have ordered a book through Amazon and it never arrived you have my sincere apology.
On this website there is a list of booksellers who may have copies of the book for sale or you can order it directly from me by sending the order form or simply by sending me an email to trailsendpublishing@ yahoo.com or to my personal email at Joe.email@example.com.
If you have friends who have had difficulty with book orders via Amazon I would appreciate it if you would direct them to this website for my explanation.
